Shipping

We ship USPS First Class which takes anywhere from 3-7 days typically. (Holiday shipping times are normally longer and sometimes unpredictable, but we try our best to have realistic shipping deadlines for anticipated delays) We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect mailing address information provided by the buyer. Please verify your mailing address before order completion. Once the package is shipped and tracking information is delivered to the buyer, we are no longer responsible for it.

Processing Time for Shipping

Our processing time is typically between 3-5 days. Most pieces have already been made, but due to the large quantities of orders we receive at once, due to the nature of our sales, we do need some time to put those orders together.

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on any earring purchases. If you have an issue with a piece that arrives damaged, we can assess your situation, and proceed accordingly. You have seven (7) days after date off arrival of your package to reach out and move forward.

If for any reason one of your earrings breaks due to issues of workmanship, as long as proper care was maintained (see care instructions), we will try our best to repair or replace your earrings. I will need photos to move forward in doing so and may require the buyer return the original pair at their own expense, not to be reimbursed. Replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a pattern or shape that we are unable to create, due to lack of material or intricacy of design, we will offer a store credit. (Earrings are covered by this guarantee for 6 months from time of delivery)
